Cliff Harrison spoke in November at the annual American Conference Institute’s Seminar on Trucking Litigation. He spoke on various techniques to keep a lid on damages when defending lawsuits involving serious injuries, including brain damage and death. He also presented this topic in October at a webinar sponsored by the International Association of Defense Counsel.
