Biography:
Mr. Sculley, the son of a U.S. Army general has lived throughout the United States and Europe. Following graduation from high school in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Paul returned to Texas and attended Texas A&M University where he received his B.A. in History. Paul attended the University of Houston Law Center, where won multiple awards including induction into the Order of the Barons, graduating cum laude in 1998.
Following graduation from law school, Paul was hired as an associate at Harrison Bettis, where he has since spent his entire career. Paul has extensive first chair experience trying cases in state and federal court. The majority of Paul’s practice is in insurance coverage litigation. In addition to the entire spectrum of insurance coverage issues, he also works on a broad range of legal issues including commercial litigation, subrogation, appeals, and personal injury.
Mr. Sculley is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals (Fifth Circuit), and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. Mr. Sculley is a member of the State Bar of Texas, including the Insurance Law Section, and the Houston Bar Association
